The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for the bushveld and a commitment to delivering memorable safari encounters. A proactive and engaging approach to guiding, coupled with a desire to continuously learn, will ensure success. The reserve values guides who are knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional, contributing to an atmosphere of exclusivity and tranquility for all visitors.

Candidate Requirements:

• FGASA Level 1 (NQF2)
• Valid First Aid
• PDP and valid driver’s licence
• DEAT/NDT registration
• Advanced 4x4 driving course qualification (bonus)
• Previous experience as a Field Guide
• Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker
• Highly presentable and well-spoken
• Guest relations skills and confident when hosting

• 7 days off per month
• 3 meals a day when on duty
