Female Au Pair

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a caring, responsible and energetic Female Au Pair to assist two families with the care of their 5-year-old daughters.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Providing attentive and responsible care for two 5-year-old girls
• Collecting and transporting the children as required
• Assisting with homework, activities and age-appropriate learning
• Planning and engaging the children in fun, educational and creative activities
• Preparing light meals and snacks for the children
• Ensuring the children's safety and wellbeing at all times
• Maintaining a structured and positive routine for the children
• Assisting with general child-related duties
• Communicating effectively with both families regarding the children's needs and schedules
• Being flexible and willing to travel on weekends occasionally when required

• Female, aged 21–29 years
• Previous Au Pair, childcare, teaching or similar experience
• Experience working with young children, preferably around the age of 5
• Valid driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Responsible, trustworthy and dependable
• Caring, patient and energetic personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and able to manage a shared roster between two families
• Flexible with working days and hours
• Willing to travel on weekends occasionally
• Must be comfortable working with two families and coordinating with both households

• Working days and times will be discussed and agreed upon between the two families, with the families coordinating the split roster together.
