SUMMARY:
Our client, dealing within the FMCG/Agricultural Sector is seeking a Feedlot Manager to take full responsibility for the performance, health, and operational efficiency of their feedlot. Based in Delmas, Mpumalanga.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM, or equivalent (Strongly preferred).
• Experience:  5 - 8 years in feedlot management of large-scale livestock operations.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Communications Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities.
• Problem-Solving - Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure.
