POSITION INFO:

 FEED MILL TEAM LEADER 

Our client in the agricultural milling and animal feed industry is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee production operations in Bloemfontein!

•  Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
•  Salary: Market Related
•  Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
•  Start Date: ASAP

Essential Requirements: 

•  National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4)
•  Valid driver''s license and own transport
•  MS Office proficiency
•  1 year supervisory experience (advantageous)
•  Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Conduct regular quality control checks on feed production
•  Inspect ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity
•  Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards
•  Ensure staff performs duties as per procedure
•  Troubleshoot and address production issues promptly
•  Resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
