POSITION INFO:

Opportunity available for an Assistant Manager in Swellendam

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene, and safety)
• To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures
• Effective communication and management of all staff
• Support and coach restaurant staff as required
• Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
• Ordering, control, and receiving of stock
• Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
• Managing controllable expenses
• Submitting of relevant reports
• Cash handling and banking
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints

Requirements

• Grade 12
• South African Citizens only

• MUST have a minimum of 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager experience and preferably:- KFC, Hungry Lion, Chicken Licken, or similar Fast Food store experience
• Micros/GAAP POS – Minimum 2 years of experience

• Computer literate - MS Office
• Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/GAAP or similar POS)
