• Oversee full day-to-day management of the farm
• Manage and optimise apple and pear production cycles
• Lead, mentor, and manage on-site farm staff
• Implement and maintain best agricultural practices
• Monitor crop health, irrigation, pruning, and harvesting processes
• Ensure efficient use of resources, equipment, and inputs
• Manage farm budgets, cost control, and reporting
• Liaise with the owner, providing regular updates on operations and performance
• Maintain quality standards and ensure optimal yield
