Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking a Farm Manager to elevate their successful farming operation!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualification in Agriculture or a related field
Approximately 5 yearsâ experience in a farming environment, with a strong understanding of day-to-day farm operations
Proven experience working with banana and/or vegetable production is essential
Experience in packhouse operations will be considered a strong advantage
Fluency in a second or third language will be advantageous
Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team effectively
