FRUIT FARM MANAGER – POME FRUIT

SUMMARY:
Breyton, Ermelo Area – Mpumalanga: An established farming enterprise specialising in apples and pome fruit is looking for a dedicated Fruit Farm Manager to join their team.
 
This position requires someone with a strong owner’s mentality, a true farmer at heart. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the farm’s productivity, quality standards, and sustainability remain at the highest level.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• A degree or diploma in agriculture advantageous
• Minimum of three years’ experience on apple or pome farm in a management role.
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Computer literate
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Mechanical knowledge will be an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license
