FRONT OFFICE ADMIN. CLERK/EAST LONDON – Our client is looking to appoint a mature Candidate with strong communications in English, and the ability to work independently. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
• Must have valid code 08 Drivers license, and own reliable transport
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Accurate typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
• Assist walk-in customers
• Answer incoming calls
• Perform regular data verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain and update filing systems
• Assist with general office administration, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and correspondence.
• Prepare and process basic reports as required.
• Provide support to colleagues and management with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Salary: R8,000 per month

Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm (hour lunch), Saturdays – 8am to 1pm
