FRONT DESK MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: R11 000 basic + commission on sales personally performed

A luxury hotel Wellness centre is seeking a Mature, Professional, and well groomed Front desk manager.

Duties:
Actively promote Spa treatments and services at front desk and by doing Spa tours
Organize and assist with staff schedules
Handle all guest billing procedures
Ensuring a warm welcome to guests in Spa
Ensure all daily, weekly & monthly reports and recons pertaining to all transactions are accurate
Ensuring all operational procedures are met and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are adhered to by Front Desk Team.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a Spa Front Desk role
Computer literate, working on Excel, ChiDesk (or similar POS system) and email
Confident working with cash-ups and interpreting revenue reports
Strong in up-selling and rebooking guests
Well-spoken and confident
Business-minded (target focused)
Must be fully vaccinated

Working hours: 08:00 – 20:00 daily
Flexible to work all shifts (Early = 07:30 – 16:30 and Late = 11:30 – 20:30)
If making use of public transport, must reside within a 30km radius

Start date: Immediately
