FMCG Sales Rep

Our Client in the FMCG Industry based in Balitto is seeking a Sales Rep.

1. Job Title: Sales Representative
2. Vacancies: 1 to 2 max candidates based on suitability.
3. Qualification: Minimum matriculate or degree in any discipline.
4. Experience: Between 3 and 10 years of direct selling experience preferably in FMCG. Existing relationships with retail chain stores’ buyers/ independents, wholesalers would be a distinct advantage.

6. Attributes: People/customer oriented, disciplined, meticulous in planning, willingness to learn new products, new markets, taking on new challenges, good problem-solving skills, and a natural go-getter. The ideal candidate would have a pleasing and enthusiastic disposition, willing to travel at short notice, meet new prospects, good presentation skills, a good communicator, and a good listener. Must be able to work in cross cultural and diversified group settings.

8. Prospects: The selected candidates will go through a detailed internal induction and training to sharpen their skills. There are no limits to the growth for the candidates demonstrating potential to take on greater responsibilities in future.
9. Salary/Perks: Between R 15,000 and 20,000 per month based on qualification/experience/suitability for the job plus sales incentives on mutually agreed upon monthly targets paid each month on the completion of the sales cycle. The company will provide a company car for travel hence use of own transport is strictly for coming to and leaving the workplace.
10. Reporting: The selected candidates will report to the Commercial Manager and the Brand Manager and will interact periodically with the CEO for the planning and review.
11. Workplace: The selected candidates will be based at the Head Office/packaging plant in Ballito, KZN.
