SUMMARY:
To deliver exceptional Administration Support to Financial Advisers, in their goal to secure new Clients and service an existing Client base

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Screen all application and transactional forms to ensure all required info is fully completed.
Screening of all other requirements relating to the financial transaction.
Screening of confirmations of transactions / activities to ensure accuracy and correct reporting.
Keep Client/Advisor informed of progress of all activities till completion.
Liaise with Advisor and Client to establish what documents/ information is required for the first meeting (get letter of authority/ broker’s note signed etc.). Prepare all documentation required and reports for this meeting
CRM review list monthly in advance and discuss same with Financial Advisor (where applicable)
Ensure that the report writer received a copy of the signed LOA (where applicable)
Static detail changes to be updated on Interface at all times to ensure data integrity is maintained. Ensure instruction submitted to relevant services provider.
Assist with identified projects to support business efficiencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

Matric
Industry related qualification/certifications, i.e. Wealth Management course (advantageous)
Computer literacy (Microsoft office - word, excel, Internet)
Experience in the Financial Services industry (min 3 years)
Investment/Life product knowledge (essential)
Good understanding of the Financial Services industry – corporate and individual client
Financial Product knowledge
