FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Respond to customer breakdowns and service requests.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Red Seal Electrician.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working in field service environments.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Requirements

• FMCG manufacturing or processing industry experience.
• Exposure to industrial automation and production equipment.
