POSITION INFO:
Are you a driven, experienced F&I Manager looking to grow your career with a reputable dealership? We’re looking for an energetic and compliant Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-performing VW dealership, retailing 50+ new units per month.

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Facilitate vehicle financing through various banking institutions
  
• Accurately take down and process client finance applications
  
• Structure finance deals to suit client affordability while maximizing dealership profitability
  
• Liaise with banks for timely approvals and updates
  
• Sell value-added products, including:
  
  
  • Extended warranties
    
  • Service & maintenance plans
    
  • Insurance & tracking devices
    
  • Top-up cover and debt protection products
    
• Draw up and sign finance contracts with clients
  
• Submit deals for payout and ensure timely follow-ups
  
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory bodies (FSCA, NCA, etc.)
  

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
  
• FETC: Retail Insurance Qualification
  
• Minimum 140 FAIS credits
  
• NCA Card & Accreditation
  
• Class of Business training completed: Short-term, Long-term, Commercial
  
• RE5 Certificate
  
• Updated CPD Hours
  
• DOFA report from FSCA (must be current)
  
• Proven track record in a similar F&I Manager role at a dealership
  
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance processes and compliance requirements
