JOB ADVERT – FEMALE SITE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Fisantekraal / Durbanville – Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

A well-established residential property developer currently undertaking large-scale residential developments in the Fisantekraal area is seeking a Female Site Administrator to join their construction team.

The developer manages and builds their own residential projects on land they own, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing development environment within the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Position: Female Site Administrator
Location: Fisantekraal (Durbanville area)
Industry: Residential Construction / Property Development

Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager and construction team.
Maintain site documentation, reports, and filing systems.
Manage delivery notes, purchase orders, and site records.
Assist with subcontractor administration and site documentation.
Coordinate site communication between office and construction teams.
Ensure all site administration processes are organized and up to date.
Assist with timesheets, registers, and project documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Previous Site Administration experience in construction.
Experience working on residential building projects will be advantageous.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office systems.
Ability to work independently on a busy construction site.
Reliable transport to the Fisantekraal / Durbanville area.
