FEED PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

POSITION INFO:

 Bloemfontein, Free State
Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 (Based on experience)

A well-established company in the Milling & Animal Feed industry is looking for an experienced Feed Production Supervisor to lead production operations and maintain high manufacturing standards.

This role is suited for a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, quality-focused thinking, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced production environment.

 Minimum Requirements:
• National Senior Certificate / NQF 4 equivalent
• Feed Miller Certification
• 5+ years’ supervisory experience within a feed production facility
• Strong knowledge of animal feed production processes
• Experience with quality control and preventative maintenance
• Understanding of ISO 22000 and agricultural/feed regulations
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport
• Good Microsoft Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations
• Ensure quality and production targets are achieved
• Lead and support production teams
• Monitor production efficiency and safety compliance
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
