FARM AND NURSERY MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Tzaneen area – Limpopo: Seeking an experienced individual to fill the role. The successful candidate will lead the commercial farms and oversee the Nursery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural or Horticultural qualification
• Proven Avocado & Macadamia farm management experience
• Minimum 5 years on-farm experience
• Nursery experience
• Maintenance skills: vehicles, fencing, equipment, buildings
• Computer literate
• Strong management, communication, and people skills
• Budget management experience
• Highly organised and flexible
• Proficient in English (Afrikaans, Northern Sotho, Sepedi, or Tsonga a plus)
• PCO registration (or in progress) advantageous
