FACTORY SUPERVISOR position -
East Rand, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Factory Supervisor
* Grade 12
* 6-8 Years' relevant work experience in Factory
* 4-5 Year's Supervisory experience
* Knowledge and application of Industrial and Personal
Safety behaviours
* Computer Literate - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Plan, monitor and control all production and workflows in
the Factory
Responsible for:
* Issuing of Shop travellers to the floor
* Delivering of production on time
* Adhering to all Quality control processes and documentation
* Report abnormalities
* Staff Management:
* Communicate job expectations, planning and monitoring
* Coaching, counselling and discipline staff
* Time Keeping of staff
