POSITION INFO:

Factory Floor Manager FOOD Processing Factory - Killarney Gardens - R26 000 - R30 000 per month CTC

Food Processing Plant seeks a Factory Floor Manager to manage the entire production process, ensuring that specifications are followed and GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practice) are adhered to at all times. To meet all customer product requirements (order quantity and quality). Ensure proper and accurate production planning. Liaise with technical and maintenance departments to ensure optimal performance of the production function.

Minimum requirements

Relevant Degree or Diploma in Production Management
Post graduate qualification advantageous
3 years production management experience
4 years’ experience in FMCG industry
Understanding of Food manufacturing and production
Knowledge of technical process and principles advantageous
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies advantageous
