SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team in Boksburg. If you’re passionate about sales and building strong client relationships.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities
Conduct cold calling and follow up on prospective clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Conduct needs analysis and provide suitable solutions to clients
Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes
Prepare and submit sales offers and reports
Maintain accurate customer records and account information
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Valid driver’s license (if client visits are required)
