External Sales Representative (Paint experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the paint industry to grow our customer base and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paints, coatings, and related products, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the paint industry.
• Promote and sell paint products, coatings, and related supplies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to clients as needed.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support product launches and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in sales, preferably in the paint, coatings, or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

• Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to clients.
• Strong customer service orientation.
