External Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious OHS Sales Representative to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with approximately 3 years of sales experience who is looking to grow within the occupational health and safety industry and eventually build and lead their own sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote and sell OHS products and services
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and consultations
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance objectives
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with management on sales growth strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Assist in growing and mentoring future sales team members as the business expands

• Approximately 3 years of external sales experience
• Previous experience within OHS, PPE, industrial, technical, or related industries is advantageous, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ambitious with leadership potential
• Ability to work independently and manage own client base
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
• Willingness to travel to clients regularly
