External Sales Rep - Cape Town - R15,000 per month + Fuel Allowance & Cell Allowance & Commission

Seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, target driven hunter with good knowledge within the construction, hardware & retail industry. Huge earning potential

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Own Transport & Valid Driver’s License.
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Time Management
Able to achieve targets and company objectives
Previous experience dealing Construction Companies, Architects, Quality Surveyors.
Technically Minded

Key Performances:

Dealing with construction companies
Dealing with quantity surveyors
Job specification (Bill of Quantities)
Reading of Building plans
Servicing retail clients (checking stock is ordered)
Retail problem solving (returns or product fault)
Dealing with architects
Problem solving in general
Timeline management
Prospecting for new business
Calling on prospects
Sourcing new business
Hitting targets
Customer oriented and good relationship building with the customer
Good communication skills, flexible, dynamic personality
Ability to take initiative
Interacting with end users and business owners
