SUMMARY:
A company in Pretoria that has a reputation as being a reputable brand of excellent quality in the Electric industry specializing in Solar is looking to employ an External Sales Consultant responsible for the Mpumalanga region

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric or technical matric
Electrical qualification would be beneficial
Electrical engineering Degree (Professional Engineer) would be an advantage
Technical knowledge in Solar industry is essential
English and Afrikaans essential
Knowledge of the market and product area
Electrical design, Reticulation, Commissioning knowledge
PV accreditation and appropriate Energy management principles
Great negotiation and presentation skills
Operational ability with strong problem-solving skills
Own vehicle (Servicing Mpumalanga region)
At least 4-5 years’ experience in Sales

Duties include but not limited to:

Building long-term relationships with new clients
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, products and services
Find and develop new markets and improving sales
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Design systems, bill of quantities and project plans
Sign off on projects and installations
Evaluate options, examine risks and provide trust-worthy after-sales support

Salary: Market Related
