Looking for an experienced External Sales Consultant to join our team in JHB - Eastern Suburbs. Must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and excellent communication skills.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Matric and/or relevant tertiary qualification;
Minimum 5 years sales experience;
Excellent sales skills with proven track record;
Persuasive, persistent and result driven;
Good organization and communication skills essential;
Knowledge of batteries preferred;
Ability to build and retain good relationships with others;
Ability to handle sensitive issues when under pressure.

Purpose:

To play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Marketing, promoting, and selling Enertec products to existing and prospective customers;
Identifying new business and ensuring follow-through and development of this new business;
Maintaining personalized contact with all major Customers;
Providing product training and support to existing and new clients;
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships;
Coordinating sales efforts and analyzing market potential;
Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
