SUMMARY:
Export Customer Service Manager required for East Rand based Company

POSITION INFO:
Matric
Drivers license and own transport
Tertiary Qualification advantageous
Previous experience on an ERP system
Minimum 5 years experience within a customer service role in dealing with international exports
Export administration and Internal Sales Management experience
Position will entail managing the administration of Customer Service Department relating to exports
Duties will include
- Internal Sales: quotations and placing orders
- Exports: liaising with freight forwarders, proforma invoices, ensuring payments are received, draw up and submit bank documents for letter of credit, freight forwarder rate comparison
- Sales and marketing
- Customer service: ensure service provided to customers is of exceptional standard, ensure customer complaints are followed up on
