SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Exports Administrator to support our Exports Department with efficient order processing, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and service providers.

Area: Isando, Kempton Park

Package: R17,000 (negotiable), Medical aid & provident fund

We are seeking an Exports Administrator to support our Exports Department with efficient order processing, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, manage queries, and follow up on back orders
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and freight service providers
• Prepare and manage all export documentation (packing lists, invoices, inspection forms, etc.)
• Handle credit notes, approvals, and customer communication
• Support sales and marketing with samples, POS material, giveaways, and promotions
• Assist Finance with account receivables and remittances
• Generate reports (QlikView, Syspro) and support special projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in commerce, logistics, or supply chain (preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in export controls, documentation & regulations
• 5 years in account management/sales (industrial, construction, consumer, or related markets)
• Strong coordination and administrative skills
• Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level)
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
