SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Advisor to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Workshop Service Advisor
Industry: Automotive
Location: Inner Western Suburbs of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R16 000.00 (plus Provident Fund, no Medical Aid)
Availability: One (1) Week after interview
Closing date: Sunday, 17 April 2022

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
Minimum 2 years franchised dealer experience (mandatory)
Commercial experience (beneficial)
English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
Computer Literacy (experience in the following programs: Drive, ADP, Kerridge and MS Packages).
Ambitious, energetic and determined to succeed.
Clean-cut and well-groomed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly up selling sales targets, achieving CSI above 95%, attend training.
Booking in of Vehicles with clients.
Checking of vehicles prior to client leaving the dealership.
Ensuring job cards are correctly completed and allocated to correct technician.
Following up with the workshop during the day to ensure that client is correctly updated.
Up selling of other products.
Maintaining a CSI of 95%.
