POSITION INFO:
Our client in Umdloti-Durban is URGENTLY seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager for their Beauty & Aesthetic Salon, who would lead their team, deliver exceptional client experience, and help their business to grow.
BEAUTY Spa/ Salon Manager needed in Durban- Umdloti
- Beauty / Somatology qualifications are a MUST.
- 3-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon in a Management position.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) and strong Administrative skills.
- MUST be an excellent Salesperson.
- Have a strong record of training and leading people.
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF: LAMELLE, Heliocare & ESSE & Lola-Lee is a BONUS.
- Must be able to manage Social Media accounts and digital engagement.
- Be Social Media savvy with Content creation experience.
- Have strong leadership, finance, and operational skills.
- MUST be able to lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team.
- Oversee daily operations, budget, and financial performance.
- Work 5 day week, 2 days off during the course of the week, 2 days being a Weekend off.
- 10% Commission on Retail or do a Treatment (must have relevant qualifications and experience)
