Experienced Admin Assistant - Shifts

SUMMARY:

This role is ideal for someone who:

🕒 Shifts: Scheduled between 06:00 and 19:00 | Includes weekends, public holidays & occasional overtime (planned in advance)

POSITION INFO:
Role:  Experienced Admin Assistant (Shift Worker)
Location:  Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary:   TBC

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily financial reconciliations and end-of-day cash-ups
• Capturing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Supporting supervisors with operational admin
• Assisting with stock takes and managing supporting paperwork
• Liaising with customers and ensuring smooth communication

• A strong background in admin, particularly with financial tasks
• Grade 12 (Matric) and understanding of basic accounting concepts
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• A team player who works well independently and follows through
• Own transport is essential
