Our Client currently operates 9 flexible spaces across 7 cities on the Continent working with freelancers, entrepreneurs, local SMEs and Fortune 500 multinationals.

As part of its growth plan, the company is looking to hire an Experience Manager reporting directly to the Success Manager.

ROLE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

As Experience Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the existing clients / community members as well as the prospective ones have the full company experience by:

• Members Management:

1. In charge of the successful on-boarding / move in day of new members.
2. In charge of creating a strong personal bound with local members.
3. In charge of answering local members’ daily needs & requests.
4. In charge of managing delivery (packages, mails etc.)
5. In charge of managing the reception (if any).
6. In charge of managing external visitors + phone calls + inbound visitors.
7. In charge of touring the space in case + send proposal if Success Manager is not around.

• Operations:

1. Ensuring the Process & Systems run smoothly.
2. Liaising with the IT Officer by Managing: technical documentation, IT infrastructure, the users & network
   and Access point issue.
3. Managing the vendors / team (if internalized) on the Facilities Management side (Cleaning, landscapers, maintenance & repairs etc.)
4. Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
5. General office management such as ordering stationery

• Marketing, Communication & Events:

1. Managing the local marketing of the space.
2. Managing the local communication of the space.
3. Managing the local events of the space.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Detailed oriented & rigorous
• Excellent Oral & Written skills
• Agile & Bold
• Go getter
• Superb sales capacities & track record
• Previous experience in a start - up / fast growing company is a plus.
• Strong international exposure - both in mature markets and in Africa.
• 10. Strong appetite for Marketing
• 11. 2 to 3 years of experience / background in Hospitality management is a strong plus.
