SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists for an Executive Service Coordinator in the SOU Division.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following.

POSITION INFO:

Knowledge and understanding of risk and environment
Strong communication and crisis management skill
Strong planning and co-ordinating skill
Clear understanding of Policies processes and procedures
A key driver of the governance processes.
Good understanding of all service areas and team deliveries
HR/ IR Understanding to handle manpower disputes and CCMA hearing
Admin skills -Report writing and knowledge on working with the Journey management platform/system.
Single point of contact for the customer
Communication and engagement between customer and supplier
Handle all Manpower disputes
Attend CCMA hearings,
Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and authorities as required.
Identify and escalate high-risk findings in line with corporate and legal guidelines

The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:

PSIRA Grade A
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years’ Managerial experience/exposure
Minimum 10 years security experience
Good Labour Relations skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
A working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Earth);
Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
Good interpersonal and customer relations
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willing to work extensive hours as and when required
Willing to work after hours and be on standby
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
Code 08 Driver's license and own reliable transport
Analytical and quality focused – able to produce accurate management information
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience in intelligence, investigations, security, risk, or a related field (advantage).
