SUMMARY:
A leading FMCG brand requires an Executive Secretary with a pleasant demeanour and expert administrative skills to join their West Coast team. This exciting career opportunity is open to individuals with exemplary communication abilities, strong computer literacy, and an excellent understanding of business practices.

The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining a high degree of professionalism and accuracy in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities of the role include: diary management; dealing with queries in a timeous manner; data capturing; maintaining an efficient filing system; weekly timesheets; reservations (accommodating/flights/etc.); and office purchases.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Matric
A tertiary qualification (National Diploma in Management Assistant is advantageous)
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Valid driver’s license
Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
