Remote working position
Well-established concern with a global presence in the financial technology / software industry seeks meticulous, dedicated Executive PA with exceptional administrative ability and strong organisational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist the Director with appointments, diary management, invoicing, admin duties, presentations and KPI tracking. Present for some meetings and take minutes at meetings. Organise client dinners, marketing events and logistics / travel. Assist with accounts where required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a high-level Exec PA
Sales admin experience is ideal
Computer literate – strong Excel ability
Tertiary degree preferred
