SUMMARY:
Executive Office Assistant to assist a dynamic busy small team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a top end, front line candidate to assist with office management at an executive level. Your professional work ethic and ability to assist high-end clients will make you a suitable candidate for the role. You have to have an open mindset, be able to adapt with new changes in systems and general running of the business.

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary education in Office/Business management is advantageous but not necessary
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Total professionalism
Brilliant Excel skills

Duties:

Assist a small dynamic team of consultants with all administration
Manage Diaries, Email follow up
Assist with financial administration in terms of invoices, expenses and chasing outstanding invoices
Great Gatekeeper telephonically
Create spreadsheets on Excel
Data management
Create reports on Excel
Assist high level clients telephonically in a professional manner
Manage all ad hoc office duties, administration

This position is ideal if you can work in Cape Town City Centre, enjoy working in a professional environment with a can-do value added mindset.
