Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7), Honours (NQF Level 8) in Commerce/Technolo

JOB DESCRIPTION:

â– Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7), Honours (NQF Level 8) in Commerce/Technology

Management/Engineering disciplines plus a Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9).

â– 10+ year’s work experience in the Small Enterprises Development Sector of which 5 years’ experience should have been in Senior Management role.

â– Able to demonstrate:

â– Direct experience in SMME programmes and / or related development.

â– End – to – End understanding of business processes to enable all SMME programmes at Seda.

â– Knowledge of all government Small Enterprise Support Strategy and Programmes.

â– Successful track record in the implementation of the business strategy and related policies.

â– Understanding of operations, finance and support functions.

â– Experience in managing transformation and change processes.

â– Knowledge and experience of stakeholder management and partnerships.
