JOB DESCRIPTION:

❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7),

Honours (NQF Level 8) in Business related discipline such as

Business Management/Business Administration/Human Resources Management plus a Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9).

❖  10+ years of hands-on experience in a Corporate Support Services and human resources administration environment of which 5 years’ experience in Senior Management role. 

❖  Able to demonstrate:

❖  Knowledge and experience in Corporate Support Services such as Human Resources Management and Development, Corporate Communications & Marketing, and the operational management of Facilities Services.

❖  Knowledge and experience of Stakeholder relationship management.

❖  Knowledge of Strategy development, Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation.

❖  Knowledge and experience in the application of legislation that impact on Corporate Services functions such as Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.

❖  Leadership & Influencing
