Executive Housekeeper

Our client a 5 star establishment is currently recruiting for a Executive Housekeeper.

You will be responsible for Planning, Budgets, Staff and Project Management as well as the Hospitality Maintenance Department. Housekeeping covers all Hospitality outlets including Hotel, Spa, Bistro.

Job Requirements:

Matric

Hospitality Qualification preferable

5 years’ experience in the same role in a similar 5 star environment

Own transport

Personal Attributes and Competencies:

Outlook suite proficient

Opera Software proficient

Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize

Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge

Excellence in planning and execution

Results orientated

Ability to develop and evolve long-term strategies while driving tactical projects

Ability to optimize operational efficiencies...

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to optimize operational efficiencies (both in terms of time and process management)

First-rate communication skills (both written and verbal)

Builds solid, effective working relationships with others within a team environment

Listens attentively to others

Provides qualitative and quantitative input to the respective business units

Where required upskills incumbent employees and/or suppliers with progressive industry knowledge

Salary R30 000 per month.
