POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in Culinary Arts or related field
5 Yearsâ experience in a senior kitchen role
Proven menu planning and cost control experience
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
