POSITION INFO:

Executive Chef required for a reputable hotel in East London

ESSENTIAL requirements:

• Tertiary qualification from a reputable culinary / chef school 
• More than 3 years experience fulfilling an executive chef position at at 4 / 5 start establishment 
• Must be willing to relocate to a remote village on the coast
• Must have natural creativity with the ability to design new & innovative menus 
• Must have experience catering for weddings - setting wedding menus
• Must have exceptional baking skills alongside cooking abilities 
• Exceptional staff management & conflict resolution abilities 
• Must have good understanding of general hotel practices 
• Must have worked through all departments & sections of the kitchen
