About the position:

Our Client is currently seeking an Executive Assistant and Financial Administrator to work in their Cape Town Head Office. This role reports to the Directors and is a full-time, onsite role. You will work closely with the external stakeholders and service suppliers, as well as the Internal Marketing, Operations, Property Management and Brokerage teams.

This individual will need to display strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Financial reconciliations
Sales Invoicing
Obtain and check supplier invoices
Prepare Inputs for Payroll
FICA and Estate Agents Affairs Board (EAAB) support
Management of the Receptionists
Liaison with the Accountants and Auditors
Ad-hoc personal administration for the Managing Director
WinDeed searches/Credit checks
Loading of payments
Coordinating regional finance between the branches
Manage the company’s email inboxes

Qualifications and Experience required:

Experience in a similar role as an Executive PA/Administrator
Ability to perform basic accounting tasks including knowledge of on-line banking
Excellent command of Office365 (Excel, Word, Smartsheet)
Fluent in English
