SUMMARY:
An exiciting position is available for an Executive Assistant, who will be responsible for developing, implementing and continually managing designated corporate initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

Proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Focusing the Division’s resource spend on facilitating prioritized strategic initiatives
Providing executive office management and support to the CEO by focusing and obtaining synergies between the different departments

Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent) - NON NEGOTIABLE
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Five (5) years working experience in a support role in an executive office
Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills
Knowledge of SAP preferable
Member of Chartered Secretaries of Southern Africa preferable
