We are a South African women-owned pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures and markets vitamin and mineral supplements for women.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an assertive, highly organised graduate with a proven track record to assist the Managing Director.

What will you do:

Minute taking and preparation of agendas
Preparation of monthly newsletters
Preparation of weekly themes
Extensive proofreading
Online filing
Preparation of performance reviews
Organisation and preparation of events and workshops
General administration duties

What do you need:

A minimum of five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
Must have an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Law or similar
Experience in the Microsoft Office Packages which includes Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in Sage Pastel / Bookkeeping
Expert in letter writing, minute taking and proof reading
Strong legal knowledge of the South African Labour and Corporate laws
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Fluent in the English Language - written and verbal
Valid driver's licence, own reliable motor vehicle
