POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and proactive to join the team. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day management of the venue during weddings and events, supporting with logistics, prep, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the ground.

Job Description

Has a passion for hospitality and weddings
Reliable, practical and detail-focused
Take initiative and solve problems calmly
Eager to grow long-term in the events or hospitality industry
Works well independently and can follow through on tasks

Requirements:
• Based in or near Franschhoek, Stellenbosch or Paarl
• Valid driver’s licence and own car
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours
• Experience in hospitality or events
• Comfortable with basic admin and Google Docs
