POSITION INFO:
Be the continental team member; our client a leading provider in the car rental industry is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join them as a European-Speaking Car Rental Agent. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German (however any European language, such Italian, French, Spanish etc. will be acceptable) possess outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate proficiency in Excel. You will be responsible for assisting European customers travelling to South Africa with rental enquiries, reservations, and vehicle pickups/drop-offs, provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally, manage rental agreements, including documentation, payments, and vehicle inspections, utilize Excel to maintain accurate records, track inventory, and generate reports as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth rental process and resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of customer facing sales experience
Excellent planning and administration skills
An excellent command of the English Language
Fluent in German (Any European language, such Italian, French, Spanish etc. will be acceptable)
An extremely professional demeanour
Well-groomed and presented
Good computer skills (Excel)
