A resort beach activity entertainment team plays a crucial role in organizing and facilitating a variety of recreational and entertainment activities for guests at a resort located by the beach. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that guests have a fun, engaging, and memorable experience during their stay. A key role will be surfing lessons and the beach entertainer is responsible for providing surfing lessons and guidance to individuals or groups of all skill levels. Their primary role is to teach students how to surf safely, improve their surfing techniques, and enhance their overall surfing experience. The beach entertainer will also be responsible for the complete beach set-up including loungers, umbrellas and activity equipment.
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate a wide range of beach activities and entertainment programs for resort guests of all ages.
- Lead group activities such as beach games, water sports, fitness classes, team-building exercises, and cultural events.
- Conduct surfing lessons for individuals or groups, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced surfers.
- Instruct students on surfing techniques, safety procedures, wave dynamics, and ocean awareness.
- Demonstrate and explain proper surfing skills, such as paddling, popping up, riding waves, and turning.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their surfing abilities.
