SUMMARY:
Our client in busy retail store in Springs is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible End Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all exit point controls, ensuring stock accuracy, preventing shrinkage, and maintaining strict compliance with company procedures.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control all goods leaving the store
Verify stock against invoices, delivery notes, and receipts
Conduct random checks on staff, customers, and suppliers where applicable
Prevent and report any suspicious activities or losses
Ensure all company policies and security procedures are adhered to
Work closely with management, security, and receiving teams
Maintain accurate records of all exit transactions and discrepancies

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Previous experience in retail, stock control, or security (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and extended retail hours
Clear criminal record
Key Competencies:

Honesty and reliability
Strong observation skills
Ability to enforce rules tactfully and professionally
Problem-solving ability
