SUMMARY:
Position: Employer’s Agent Representative (EAR)
We’re looking for an experienced Employer’s Agent Representative (EAR) to join a leading civil engineering team on major roads and infrastructure projects.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering (NQF7) or equivalent
• Pr. Eng / Pr. Tech Eng registration with ECSA (essential)
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in roads and civil infrastructure
• Strong background in construction supervision, materials testing, contract admin (GCC), and quality control
• Excellent technical knowledge of COTO specs, TRH manuals, and OHS compliance
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site supervision and ensure compliance with design standards
• Verify and certify contractor works and quantities
• Manage stakeholder liaison and site meetings
• Prepare progress reports and mentor junior engineers
