Employee Engagement Manager

SUMMARY:
Seeking an Employee Engagement Manager that has experience working in the Insurance Sector. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement communications strategy, core channels, and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs to recognize employees and create a positive workplace environment.

POSITION INFO:

HR Communication and Employee Engagement Strategy:

Develop and deliver the organization’s employee engagement and communications strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting HC to increase levels of employee engagement

Lead on the development and delivery of employee engagement and communications calendar ensuring all initiatives/activities are delivered and communicated in timely and efficient manner

Lead and support the development and delivery of employee communication plans and materials for large change programmes fundamental to the organisation’s operating model and external delivery

Lead the development and implementation of new engagement platform/s, which are integral to the future of the organisation’s way of communication

Work closely with the HC Leadership team and HC Business Partners to craft and distribute key HR/people communications that are engaging for the audience whilst maintaining a clear, open and transparent communication ethos

Employee Brand Management:

Drive the creation of an employee brand a consistent ‘look and feel’ for  staff in collaboration with the Marketing team

Ensure alignment with established internal communications channels (e.g. intranet, employee newsletters, email announcements) while reviewing and developing our channel mix, considering the needs of all employee audiences across

Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual recognition awards, aligned to our values

Devise and implement new employee communications best practice guidelines that can be understood and followed across the organisation, allowing a consistent approach to local communications delivery.

Communications and Stakeholder Management:

Provide expert employee communications advice and support to senior stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, on critical decisions and messages that affect employees

Lead the communication work stream for all HC change programs

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

Develop key employee engagement activities and initiatives to continue with, refine or implement going forward

Ensure Employee Engagement Surveys are rolled out regularly and data collated used to inform HC and business decisions

Provide input on the design of the employee surveys and support the internal communications efforts in communicating the results to key stakeholders in a timely manner

Reporting:

Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and processes within HC for EXCO and the different committees
