POSITION INFO:

Employee Benefits Systems Support Administrator (JB781)
Salary: R16 - 22 000 per month (depending on experience and industry knowledge)
Location: Johannesburg North
Remote: None, permanent in-house position
Duration: Permanent subject to probation period

You will be required to provide 1st line system support to clients, in-house Consultants and Developers. Your knowledge and understanding in employee benefits and it''s processes is vital to successfully fulfil this position.

Minimum requirements:

A Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement Funds is preferred but not required
Minimum of two years experience in an Employee Benefits Administration function
Good understanding of employee benefits processes
Must show initiative and be willing to learn.
Good interpersonal skills
Team Player but be able to work independently when required.
Be able to identify problem areas and provide recommendations for solutions to the problems.
Pay attention to detail & accuracy.
Above average Excel skills
